I didn’t always live a life of freedom and alignment. In fact, not too long ago, I was following the path that so many of us were handed—working hard, ticking the boxes, and slowly burning out while trying to be everything for everyone. But something in me knew there had to be more,
more presence, more purpose, more truth.

I didn’t want to spend my life asking permission to rest, to be with my children, to choose what mattered most. I wanted to raise my daughters from a place of intention—not exhaustion. To work in a way that nourished my soul, not drained it. So I chose a different path—one no one around me had walked before. It wasn’t easy. I was told I was crazy for leaving “a good job." Warned not to risk stability, told it was unrealistic to earn well doing what I loved.

But I listened to my inner knowing—not their fear. And today? I mentor other women to do the same. I earn from aligned offerings, partner with a powerful wellness business, and spend my days creating—rather than surviving.

I’ve built something that supports my nervous system, my family, and my soul and it all began with one brave decision to walk away from the life that

looked good to build one that feels good.
Moral of the story? Don’t take advice from people who’ve never walked the path.
